The Management Board is made up of one - three members for a four year term.

 The Supervisory Board consists of three members for  a three year term.

The agency also has a Program Council which is appointed by the Treasury Ministry as an advisory body. It is made up of long-time, experienced journalists familiar with the functioning of the media. The council gives its opinion on the implementation of PAP’s statutory tasks by the agency and its management.
