The library comprises digitised historical pictures and photographs documenting current events.
The library comprises digitised historical pictures and photographs documenting current events selected daily from material sent in by PAP’s own photojournalists and other domestic and foreign agencies (EPA, DPA, TVP, ITAR-TASS, Photoshot and others).
The Photo Library contains 10 million photographs selected from PAP’s 18-million-frame photo archive.
The library’s state-of-the-art Fotoweb system enables easy frame location and management. The frames are grouped in five topical categories:

⦁ People
⦁ Show business
⦁ Illustrations
⦁ Sports
The Photo Library also offers Topical Galleries – about 20 galleries daily, each with about a dozen images on current or universal themes.
The PAP photo archive is used by general-interest printed media, lifestyle press, industry magazines, web portals, electronic media, book and album publishers, state institutions, corporate marketing departments and advertising agencies.
