PM asks president to change date for new gov't appointment
Polish government spokesman Piotr Mueller announced on Monday that the prime minister had asked President Andrzej Duda to change of the date of the new government's swearing-in.

Mueller added that the PM had made the request after new Education Minister Przemyslaw Czarnek had tested positive for the coronavirus. Czarnek made the announcement on Twitter earlier on Monday.
Mueller added that epidemiological proceedings have been launched in connection with Czarnek's infection.
The president was planned to appoint new ministers at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
