European Men’s Handball Championship – Poland beats Serbia

Polish team won 29-28 over Serbia in their first match of the preliminary round of the tournament which started on Friday.

The European Men’s Handball Championship is held in Poland for the first time in history, in four towns (Katowice, Gdansk, Wroclaw and Krakow).

In the preliminary round Poland plays in group A, in Krakow, together with France, Macedonia and Serbia. Macedonia, which lost to France 23-30, will play Poland on Sunday.
