Stoch won the last of the tournament's four contests held in Bischofshofen, Austria, after jumping 139 and 140.5 metres.
Stoch's teammate Dawid Kubacki was third in the tournament's overall standings. Another Pole, Piotr Zyla placed fifth and was followed by Andrzej Stekala who ended the tournament in sixth place.
Kamil Stoch was also victorious in the first three legs of the tournament at Oberstdorf, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Innsbruck.
Stoch, who won the Four Hills Tournament for the third time, as well as remaining members of the Polish team, received congratulations from President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister
