Russia's Lukoil oil company will sell 230 fuel stations in Poland and the Baltic states to Austria's AMIC Energy Management, Lukoil informed in a press release. The deal is expected to finalise in the second quarter of this year.

According to the Polish Organisation for Oil Industry and Trade, Lukoil operated 116 fuel stations in Poland at the close of the third quarter of last year.

Lukoil wrote that the selloff was part of an in-house retail streamlining plan. (PAP)
