In June, the press office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that he had recalled the Ukrainian ambassador to Poland. Zwarycz will now take up a post in the Czech Republic.
"Minister Radoslaw Sikorski today bade farewell to Ambassador Vasyl Zwarycz of Ukraine, who is completing his mission in Poland," the ministry wrote on the X platform on Friday.
It added: "We thank the Ambassador for two years of intensive work for Polish-Ukrainian relations and wish him every success in his post in the Czech Republic." (PAP)
